Springbrook Farms was founded with a simple goal ~ to bring high-quality local food and farm products back to the East Tennessee community. What began as a shared passion for farming between Todd Newman and T.C. Kerrigan has continued to grow into a farm built on hard work, quality products, and local values.

Both Todd and T.C. grew up around the Athens, Tennessee area with strong farming roots and a lifelong appreciation for agriculture. After going into business together, they realized farming was not just an interest – it was the future they wanted to build.

With a commitment to quality and care for the land, Springbrook Farms was established in Riceville, Tennessee to provide locally raised beef, fresh produce, eggs, flowers, compost, and other farm-grown products to families and restaurants throughout East Tennessee.

At Springbrook Farms, we believe customers deserve to know where their food comes from and who is growing it. Every season brings new harvests, long days in the field, and opportunities to continue serving the local communities that support our farm.

From Riceville and Athens to Cleveland and Chattanooga, we are proud to provide products grown close to home with honesty, care, and a strong connection to East Tennessee agriculture.
